Refund policy

Do to the nature of our products we do not allow returns on our wonderful baked goods. If you are unsatisfied with your deliciousness please reach out to us and we will work on a solution together. If your products are damaged during the shipping process please take pictures of the shipping container the damaged products and send them to our email address belladolcetexas@outlook.com so we can submit a claim to our shipping partner. We will then work our a solution together. We want to make sure you are 100 percent satisfied with your order, so please email us with any issues.
